Our one-bedroom condos give families a living space to relax while little ones nap behind a closed door. Each unit will sleep up to 6-guests with a king bed, sofa sleeper and newly added twin over twin bunk bed, 2-TV’s, and are fully equipped with household essentials like basic cookware, and linens.

Check-In: 4:00PM (We cannot accommodate early check-ins during our peak season.)
Check-Out: 10:00AM
During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.
Our staff will provide you with:
-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)
-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).
-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.
----------------- WE DO NOT provide towel exchange or beach towels. ---------------
Most units have a washer and dryer, if your unit does not have a washer and dryer, please use coin operated laundry on the first floor as needed.
Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information
