During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.

Our staff will provide you with:

-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information.

Great Host!

Loved our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, it has an amazing view and access to the beaches was perfect. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner, even after hours. I was very sad I had to leave and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kami!

Great Location!

This is exactly as pictured. It’s perfect for a couple that doesn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The bed is comfortable yet firm and the view is incredible. It’s right across from Sharky’s, which is great. The pool is perfectly located with a view of the ocean. Parking was easy and facilities were great. There’s a Sunsation gift shop downstairs that is very well kept. This was perfect in the off season of April and not too crowded. Thank you!

Great stay!

Me and my husband booked this rental place for our anniversary and the listing was spot on when we arrived. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The sheets were very soft and clean the room was the perfect size for two people. When we make our next trip down to PCB, we will definitely be staying here again!!

Loved It Here!
Easy and flexible check-in. Room was exactly as shown in pictures. A/C worked great!! Walking distance to beach and nightlife! Definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable bed!
Overall, we had a great stay! It’s a nice size for 2 people and the view was great. We specifically liked how the property was gated and the beach access right across the street. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. The pictures accurately describe the place.

Exactly like the Pictures!
The room is exactly like the pictures- a studio with an ocean view and small kitchenette. It’s a great location & the building is nice. We enjoyed the Starbucks store on site- they have other things like ice cream, pizza, breakfast sandwiches, bags of ice, and quesadillas. As in description don’t forget to bring extra toilet paper, towels…etc.
